Most of the battery systems purchased from Portable Power Ireland come with a five year warranty with others ranging from 12 to 36 months, depending on the model. Extended warranty options may be available on selected units. Please contact us for exact terms for each product.

We offer nationwide delivery across Ireland. Depending on your location and the size of your order, delivery is usually completed within 1–5 working days. Express delivery or local pickup may be available on request.

Yes. If you wish to cancel a sales order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

You may return unused sales products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and in resaleable condition. A restocking fee will apply for opened or used items. Refunds are issued once the product is inspected and approved.
